Before showing
Touch-up clean
Between the final clean and the day someone moves in, a property is walked through, worked in and left standing. A touch-up puts it back to the state it was signed off in.

What happens in the gap
Dust that was still airborne during the final clean settles over the following days. Trades return for small corrections and leave marks. Viewings put fingerprints on glass and hardware.
None of it is a failure of the first clean. It is what happens to an empty building over time, and it is why a short second visit exists.
A short visit, not a repeat
A touch-up is deliberately narrow: settled dust, glass, fixtures and floors, plus anything specific you point out. It is priced and scheduled as a short visit, not as a second full clean.
If the property has been standing empty for a long stretch, or a later trade did significant work, a full clean is the honest answer and we will say so rather than sell a touch-up that will not be enough.
Timing it against the date
The visit works best close to the showing or move-in date. Booked too early, the same dust is back before anyone sees the property.
What you get at the end
A property that shows the way it did on handover day, at the moment it matters.
