Question 1

How soon can you start?

Accepted Answer

Usually start within the week, or sooner for urgent jobs, depending on our current schedule and the client’s needs.

Question 2

Do you need to see the property first?

Accepted Answer

We can provide a preliminary estimate without seeing the property first, based on the information you provide about the size, condition, and scope of work.

If we arrive and find that additional work is needed beyond the original scope, we’ll always check with you before doing anything extra or adding any additional charges.

Question 3

Can you clean while trades are still working?

Accepted Answer

Yes, that is what a rough clean is for. We can provide cleaning between construction stages, once the trades have finished their work in the area.

For safety and efficiency, we generally don’t clean while trades are actively working in the same space.

Question 4

How long does a final clean take?

Accepted Answer

A final clean can vary depending on the size and condition of the property, the amount of construction dust, the number of rooms, and any additional services required. We assess each project individually and provide an estimate based on the specific scope of work.

Question 5

What if something was missed?

Accepted Answer

You’re welcome to walk through the property with us once the cleaning is complete, and we’ll make sure everything meets your expectations before we leave.

Question 6

Which areas do you cover?

Accepted Answer

Calgary and the surrounding communities.
