The basis on which we quote and carry out work.
Draft wording. Review and confirm with the business owner before the site goes live.
Quotes
A quote is based on the information given to us and, where needed, on a walkthrough of the property. Prices are confirmed with you before work starts. If the condition of the property turns out to be materially different from what was described, we will discuss the change with you before continuing rather than adjusting the invoice afterwards.
Scheduling
Dates are agreed in advance. If a build runs late, tell us as early as you can and we will move the booking where our schedule allows.
Access
We need access to the property, working power and water, and the site to be free of active hazards during the clean. Where a trade is still working on site, the scope is agreed accordingly.
On completion
You inspect the result with us at the end of the job. Anything not up to the agreed standard is corrected before the crew leaves.
